Peace of God

May 28, 2023

Senior Pastor Young Ho Hwang continues with his series in the book of Philippians, preaching from Philippians 4:2-7. As Christians, we are not immune to conflicts. However, it is how we respond to them that makes the difference. Paul urges us to grow closer to the Lord and to one another in our conflicts. Our response impacts the whole church body. Paul uses such instances to help the body grow and urges us to seek the peace of God instead of seeking revenge, or proving that we are right and the other person is wrong. He also encourages us to rejoice in our Lord, which is the key to peace. We have much to rejoice in, as He has clothed us in righteousness, grace, forgiveness and His love! Let the peace of God rule in our hearts. Thank you Father for all you've given us in Christ Jesus.
