Why Did Jesus Become One of Us?

Pastor Young continues with his sermon series in Hebrews-The Supremacy of Christ, teaching verses 2:10-18. It was fitting to God for Jesus to step into humanity and lay down His life. Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith obeyed the Father and fulfilled His plan of salvation. The creator of the universe became our redeemer! Our sin debt is paid in full, praise God! Boast in the Lord, not in yourself, for it is Him you will face. Death no longer has a hold on us. The Judge is our Savior and his righteousness and love covers us.
