Recognizing the importance of having our children grow up in the knowledge and love of God, we have specialized age-appropriate ministries for children of all ages. These include Nursery, KidVenture, Toddler Worship and J-Crew. We believe that the Bible contains great news for people of all ages-especially children. Imagine the strength, confidence and joy that comes with knowing Jesus as Lord from an early age! It is our desire for children to experience God’s story in fresh, fun, and meaningful ways. We will help children understand God’s Word by doing surprising, fun stuff and discover the adventure of applying God’s truth to everyday life. Through the relationships we build with children, we want to show them how they can build a forever friendship with Jesus and how He can be the best friend they could ever have!
KidVenture, for children two years old through 5th grade, desires to develop creative, relational experiences that introduce children to the Love of Jesus. We do that through meaningful worship at the child’s level, using songs, skits, puppets, games and Scripture memory that connect with our children, to present the day’s Bible Point. They move to Discovery Centers where the Discovery Leader presents the Bible Point in a manner that kids connect with and are able to apply it to their lives. They end the morning circled up with their Team Leader as he/she takes them through journalling exercises and discusses how the lesson and Bible Point applies to them and how they can use it in the week ahead. Lastly, they spend time sharing prayer requests and praying together before their parents meet them for dismissal. KidVenture meets every Sunday from 9:00 – 10:30 am.
It’s never to early to begin teaching children the “how and why of worship”. Here at Pascack Bible Church we provide graded worship in Toddler Worship for 2 & 3 year olds, and J-Crew for four year olds through third grade. This is an opportunity for children to use their gifts and bring them to the Lord as an act of worship. Using the five senses, we make the Bible come alive as we apply Biblical truth to everyday life. These classes meet during the 10:45 worship service.
Each summer the Pascack Bible Church campus hums with the laughter of children as they gather for a week of fun and activities. This outreach into our community affords us the opportunity to tell children that Jesus wants to be their Forever Friend in a creative and exciting way. A daily Bible Point is enforced as they move from Sing and Play where they learn Scripture choruses with meaningful motions, to games where they learn to encourage and support one another, to crafts where they learn to be creative, to Bible Exploration where they learn a truth from God’s Word, to snack where they learn to work as a team because they actually made the snack. VBS at Pascack Bible Church has become a summer program that parents from our community have put on their calendar and made it part of their children’s summer activities.

In our Nursery (infant through 24 months), caregivers provide a gentle and loving environment for your baby. Our facilities provide age appropriate décor, furnishings and toys to make your baby’s “first church experience” a pleasant one. You as a parent can worship with peace of mind, knowing your child is in a safe and happy place. Nurseries are available at both the 9:00 and 10:45 am worship services.
